BCM?

My dash gauges don't work, My horn doesn't and no Mileage display? oh and the rear defog and wiper inoperative too.

Have you had a dead battery or unhooked your battery recently? If so I would first try to have the BCM reset with the correct scanner. It is a different scanner than for the PCM. You may very well have a bad BCM.

No the battery hasn't been messed with. But I will try to reset it with a friends scanner.

Friend of mine has an "awesome set of tools". He put it on the computer and it says the cluster isn't communicating with the BCM, His thoughts is the cluster is bad.

Stepper motors in the cluster are notorious for problems.
