Have you had a dead battery or unhooked your battery recently? If so I would first try to have the BCM reset with the correct scanner. It is a different scanner than for the PCM. You may very well have a bad BCM.
Friend of mine has an "awesome set of tools". He put it on the computer and it says the cluster isn't communicating with the BCM, His thoughts is the cluster is bad.
