battery help

i have a ac delco battery but i want to get a better performing battery. looking at different threads i see a lot of people have optima batteries in there tahoes. i found one online for $159, checking around i found this to be the lowest prices around. my question is how good are the optimas?

To this day, I haven't had anyone prove to me any real world truth or difference between an Optima Battery and Interstate. Thst is not to mean that there aren't any.

I understand the closed non leaking casebut what si so good about Optima and why the hell do they cost so much?

yea... thats about exactly how i feel about it... i will not be getting an optima battery untill i see just one solid fact as to why... I have never once had any problems with an interstate and when they die (like batteries do in Arizona) interstante just gives me a new one! why would i switch?
