When you have your testlight in, pull the horn relay......... did you pull all of the fuses, or just 1 at a time? any others that caused the light to dim with the horn fuse out? Did you unhook the underhood light? Disable the dome light when testing? that could keep your test light lit.....

200ma doesnt sound like a bad current draw from the battery. 2 am will run it down fast....... 200ma may just be the ECM and radio and Reciever for the keyless current draw added together.....

Bad vanity visors

I found broken hinges on the lighted vanity mirrors mounted in the sunvisors, leaving their lights on. Only noticeable in really dark conditions. Small current drain, but enough to cause previous owners to go through too many batteries. Vendor on eBay sells new visors with lighted vanity mirrors, he was the actual oem supplier during GM production.
