bad batt? alternator?

I have an 01 with a new battery and a new alternator but it is still not gaining or keeping a charge. there is no voltage leak anywhere I can find.

What else could it be? the computer?

Have an autozone or advance auto parts run a test on it, sounds like a grounding issue or you have a bad alternator.

Check FAN BELT...if its old and need changing or a numb nut sold you a poorly build alternator..
