Are the fender flares you buy from GM the same as the ones that go on the 08 Z71s?

Just wondering if the fender flares are the same as you see on the new z71's i wanted to get a set for my 08 tahoe

I'd be intrested in this answer for a 2003. I have an LS and would like to get fenderflares like the z71.
