Anyone Have Any Performance Upgrade Suggestions?

ive had my tahoe for about 2 years now and im thinking about doing some more performance mods to it. i have an intake and catback exhaust already. im not trying to break the bank but whats out there for the 2002 5.3l flex 4x4?? i seen cams and heads and programmers blah blah. has anyone done these and seen a big difference? what else can be done?

Black Bear Performance tune. That will help you the most. All the other programmers are crap in comparison. I'm going to a tune session in Feb. and getting mine tuned by them.
