Ok i have a 1996 Chevy Tahoe 4x4. I have noticed that when i come to a complete stop the Rear of the vehicle seem to kind of "Jump up" or jerk a little. Also when i accelerate, it seem to Jerk a tiny bit and feels like the rear of the truck sits back down, I thought this could be the U-Joints, but i replaced both on the rear driveshaft, and both on the front driveshaft and it still does this. Someone mentioned something to me about "lubeing up the yoke". Also, someone else said that there was a Rubber something or another in rearend that needs replaced. How would i "lube up the Yoke"? A where would this rubber peice be at once im inside the rear diff cover? Anyone have this problem?

i think they meant lube the spline on the transfer case output shaft. if so, remove rear shaft to do this

Sometimes there are mid-shaft bearings on trucks. Basically, for long driveshafts, it divides the driveshaft in half (or so) usually around the place where the rear axle ties into the frame. There are plastic/rubber parts to that bearing and if it goes out you would feel it at start and stop. Also, the yoke is where the output and driveshaft meet and it needs to be greased occasionally. I can't think of a rubber piece under the diff cover.
