ANY DIFFERENCES between factory navigation system models?

Are there Any Differences between factory navigation system models.
Here is a list I have compiled:Made by Denso for Tahoe/Yukon
DVD UNITS

CD ONLY UNITS

I got the Nav and I just assumed it played DVDs...Mine does not. I would be interested to know if it is possible to convert mine to a DVD set up...

Hi OCTAHOE,
CD only units can not be converted to play DVD's.
You will have to remove your NAV and replace it with a DVD NAV. The list I compiled shows the early units starting on the left and the latest (2008) units on the right. I do not know why GM changed the part numbers.

i have a ? i have a 07 cadillac cd navigation dvd will it work in the 07 tahoe nav??
