Alignment/Steering Question

I have a 2004 Tahoe that has developed a fairly drastic pull to the right. Tie rod end look good, idler arm looks good, I can't see any abnormal play in it. I rotated the tires from from front to back, and it still pulls. I have a little bit of a
back and forth in the steering wheel.
I guess I will have to take it in and get it checked, not sure if the wife maybe hit a deep pothole. Last year the right front tire went flat on her, she won't say but I am fairly sure she drove on it for bit, so I thoigh maybe she mucked up a belt or something, but now that tire is in the rear and it did not make any difference in the pulling.
Any thought?

possibly need a new steering pitman arm and most likely an alignment done.

Well I brought the Tahoe in today to get the front end checked. The mechanic had the Tahoe on his rack a couple different times and the alignment was good.
Tires were rotated front to back, car still pulled, tires were rotated side to side and it still pulled.
All the linkages were good, he has it narrowed down now to the rear tires, says they are bad. Just picked the car up and now the pull to the right is not as bad
I have Goodyear Wranglers sr-a's and they all have cupping to some degree.
So I guess I will try a new set of tires soon
Any recommendations on tires?

Michelins are always a good choice. What size tire are we talking?

Why would the rear tires cause the car to pull?

I don't think it will, thats just where the bad tires ended up. He rotated the tires front to back and side to side.
