I have a 2012 Tahoe LS, which I tow my Toy-Hauler with, 5.8Klbs dry. First year towing, I didn't get a lot of sag and the ride stayed pretty level. 2nd year, I had a noticeable sag, to the point where it almost felt unsafe to drive with my front-end lifting.
I've been looking at options to assist with the suspension on the rear, but perhaps I'm not understanding it well enough, or believe there's really an option for me. In browsing around, a set of Hellwig's say they only support ~5.6Klbs, Timbren, up to 6Klbs, and Air Assist in the coils, either 1K or 2K. As I understand it, none of those would work to tow between 6-7K lbs. Is there a different option I can't seem to find, I'm misunderstanding the specs on those and what I need, there really isn't any option?
Thanks.
