Aftermarket Head Unit Questions

So i had problems before with the car amp turning on, solved. Now i have a problem where when i got my head unit and the kit both came with OUT the DIN ISO cage peice. now ive looked online and ive found like 3 only on ebay made by JVC. my unit is a Jensen and idk where to get the cage from?

No idea on the cage, but they're pretty similar in size and have multiple points that you can pinch down to make it fit correctly. Have you tried another brand?

Tape might be your best "for now" solution. I used some good old duck tape until i finally found time to crusie by a shop and get a proper fit for my head unit. Alpine did not offer the parts i needed so i had to check a few shops...but i ended getting the piece for free. The shops around here consideritems like these throw away items.. i dont know if this helps? hope so!
