Hey everyone.... Ok... I'm new to the forum and need some advice and opinions for my Tahoe.

To get started, I'll explain what I got and what I'm looking for.

I recently bought a black 2002 Chevy Tahoe LS. I'm slowly getting it the way I want it. I'm going for a clean aggressive look. It's all black. I recently had the stock rims painted black. The 02' came with only 16"s but it's ok for now. I removed the side panel moldings for a cleaner look. This past weekend, I added some HIDs and replaced the old window tint that had turned that ugly purple-ish color. I went with 20% to match the factory back windows. Looks pretty clean so far.

So I have been doing some research on different types of aftermarket exhaust systems and I came across many options. I'm looking for an aggressive sound and I saw some recommendations for Flowmaster 40 series and some others have said the 50 series might be better. Do any of you guys have the 40 or 50 series installed on your Tahoe? If so, which one do you recommend? I'm looking for an aggressive sound and really don't care about inside cab noise.

I have a Borla true dual exhaust system. I also have a Borla catalytic converter on it as well. There is a good deal of cabin noise at 70mph, but I love the sound of it. It is reasonably aggressive around town, but not too noisy as to make you look like a moron.

The system was pricey, but I have had it on the vehicle for 6 years now with no issues. Exceptional quality. You may want to consider Borla.

Borla is by far the best system but yes it is pricey. You have a wide variety in systems from Flowmaster, Magnaflow, & Gibson. I have an 03 Tahoe and I actually went with a MBRP exhaust. 3" cat back system with a nice aggressive sound.
