Add a 3rd row?

I have an 03 Tahoe that does not have the 3rd row option. I am curious if this is something I can add? Are the 3rd row brackets just under the carpet in the cargo area? I have seen plenty of 3rd row seats available for purchase and I am curious if its possible to use them or if I am just S.O.L
