AC heater problem..need help

So I installed aftermarket radio yesterday got everything goin and plugged up after pushing the radio back I did smell kinda a burning smell.. Radio works but my heat and cold switch and the switch that controls my floor defrost and other control doesnt do a thing.. But the low and high switch works perfect and the rear defrost button lights up and works.. Also the ac light doesnt light up or work.. Do you think one of the radio wires touched that circuit board or sumthing and fried the right side of my controls??

pop out radio and give a visual check of it. also if you saw smoke the ac/heat assembly should smell like electrical burn.
