One night i was kinda driving my 02 yukon rough and i noticed my abs light came on. Thinking nothing of it i stopped at a gas station and shut off my truck to head inside, and i heard a constant churning noise from the undercarriage even though the truck was completely off. Thinking nothing of it i headed home, started heading inside it was still humming. So i googled ABS light and noise from under carriage. Correct me if im wrong but i came to the conclusion that the ABS pump was sticking on. So i located the noise of it running from the under carriage right underneath the driver door. I pulled the fuse for the ABS and it stopped it from sticking on. The problem is i need ABS to drive safely especially with winter coming up. Any suggestions with this problem or had any one else experienced this?

You have 3 choices.
1. Buy a replacement for $1200
2. Buy a refurb for $300
3. Send yours in to have it rebuilt for $100-150

Some can be rebuilt and some cannot.
If you buy a refurb, you can install it and send your old one in and they'll buy it from you. Kinda like a core charge on a battery.
