Hello, I'm getting ready to pick up an '01 Tahoe LT from my dad next month. It's a one-owner, 2wd, 220,000 miles. Other than a small rust spot under the rear passenger side door, it looks to be in perfect shape.

He says that he will get the rust spot repaired before I pick it up. Being new to Tahoes, is there anything in particular that I should be on a look out for? Thanks in advance for any advice/tips that you guys can provide.

Just the normal wear and tear stuff that comes along with 220k miles. Suspension components, tune up items and fluids. I'd go through it all unless he can produce proof of what's been done recently.
