a previous owner of my 'hoe had an aftermarket sunroof added. and the damn thing leaks like crazy. i can not get it to stop. the company that made it is out of business. so my solution is to remove the sunroof and have the hole filled back. so i went to my local salvage yard and had a roof section cut off a tahoe that they had rotting away. and in about a month when my body guy gets the time, he's going to weld in the roof the bracing and the inner liner.

thoughts?

Sounds like a good plan, short of finding the reason for the leak and fixing it (I would rather remove it and patch the hole myself vs repair.)........
