'04 Tahoe XL Digital thermostats - While AC is on, it will begin to blow heat to one side, typically passenger. Cut off system for a while and then it runs correctly for a time before it will begin blowing heat again. Any suggestions?

Also, in colder weather, there is a constant clicking noise behind passenger dash that doesn't seem to be related to HVAC. ANy suggestions?

Almost reads to me as if you have a blend door acting up. The clicking could be an actuator sticking.

I am having the same issue in my 05, but on the driver side. I can shut off the vehicle and it will start blowing cold. The passenger side and rear air still blow cold. Could a bad AC control panel cause this issue?
