99 Yukon tail lights

Hello all, Noob here,

I am having trouble with the rear tail lights on my 99 Yukon.

The brake lights, turn signals and hazards work fine. Only the running lights will not come on. I am afraid to drive at night!!

Any info is appreciated.

do you have an OE style trailer harness on the truck? i put "used" one on mine and the running lights wouldn't come on. had to clean out all the pins on the harness.

it could also just be the usual pins where they connect behind the bumper.

I do have a trailer harness. I'll give it a try.

Well, I removed the trailer harness and still have no running lights in the back. I believe the circuit boards have gone bad.

I am thinking of upgrading to LED tail lights. Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on them in the Chicago / NW Indiana / SE Wisconsin Area?"

Did you every resolve your rear tail light problems? I have same issue. No tail lights and no license plate lights. Everything else is working fine. Fuse #9 is ok..all fuses seem to be ok. Thanks,

I know this old..I am having the same problem as above.. any one have anymore ideas?
