99 Tahoe wiper module

just replaced module on wiper motor...no problem..now have wipers!! however, they are PARKING in middle of windshield ongnd seems where they want too!...have to clip wiper lever several time to get to bottom windshield. in park position??? bad module?? or wrong module?? or can I adjust parking position???....PLEASE HELP!!
