'99 Tahoe waterpump fan, CW to install, CCW to remove?

Does the fan thread onto the waterpump ClockWise, and remove off the waterpump Counter-ClockWise? Or does if have a reverse type of threads? Trying to remove fan and pulley. Thanks for the help

It has been awhile:think: but I do believe the threads are "counter"clockwise.

The threads are "reverse" and might take a good amount of force (whacked the wrench with a rubber mallet to lossen mine).
