ok I know you've done basically everything, but do this test just to see. With the engine cool like in the morning remove the upper radiador hose from the radiator. Turn the engine on and see if fluid comes out of the hose. I just want to see if you are getting fluid to circulate. If possible have someone help you so they can cut the ignition to aviod excess spilage. I just want to see what results you get. remember to replace lost fluid. Also you have your fan shroud instaled correct? Also have you tried swapping out water pumps? other than that fan clutch or block issues would be my next guess... keep us posted

I like the last post, good to try I guess, keep in mind if the stat is closed it may not flow.....
