99 tahoe lift question

want to do a solid axel swap which i have read will lift the front end 3 inches si i would have to lift the rear to match, what im wondering is how does the factory steering handle the larger tires and i already know i need to upgrade he breaks as they suck with factory tires.

invalid question.. you won't have any factory steering components left except the steering wheel after the swap.My 95
