Hi everyone,
I have a '99 Tahoe which cranks but no start
First, it started very bad, and on WOT, I had lean AFR, so I changed fuel pump.

The things went bad, and finally it doesn't want to start, only started with starter gas.
We have changed,
Fuel pump
Fuel pressure regulator,
Injectors
Spark plugs wires and sparks
Rotor
Crank sensor
Water temp sensor
Timing Chain

I have disabled VATS with the HP tuners and no start again.

We can see there is no time injection on crank (On the hptuners), so maybe is it a failure replacement fuel pump?

3.5 bar per google is about 50.8 PSI, sounds low.... You say it starts with gas in the intake? Unplug the electrical connector from the MAF sensor try to start again.

Man, this sure sounds familiar. I had a problem with my '99 a couple of years ago too. It would crank like a brand new ride, but never would start. It would act like it wanted to sometimes, but never would. Since it was not running, it wasn't throwing any codes. I replaced sensors and such, but no good. I had just replaced the cap and rotor not long before, so they were not suspected. I had just gotten divorced, so the funds for dealer service were not an option, so the Tahoe sat for a couple of years. When I was finally able to get back to it, I had two different shops look at it, and neither one knew what was wrong. I had fuel, and spark, so what the heck? The guy at the last shop happened to be talking to someone who had been through the same thing on a 1/2 ton Chevy truck, and in his situation, it was a faulty rotor, that was not OEM. The rotor was good at first, but started mis-firing. This guy replaced my rotor with an OEM rotor and the thing fired up. Then I started getting codes for all kinds of stuff...and now had a miss. I had to replace the spider due to old gummed up gas. Now it runs great, but letting it sit was bad for it. My A/C evap core is leaking Freon now, and now I have another CEL that I haven't had checked. I know it's a long shot, but maybe this could help you. Good luck!
