'98 Tahoe in Switzerland - Glass Seal Question

Hi - I have a nice 1998 Tahoe here in Switzerland, Europe.

Unfortunately I have a broken seal (or how you would call it) which is mounted on the glass of the right rear door (see the photos attached). Can anybody tell me the name and part number of this seal and where to buy one? Thank you in advance!

Yeah, the window is like $100, but would be preferable to a leak like that......
