Can anyone tell me if I have to remove the back seat in order to get at the rear evaporator in a 98? Or can I remove the rear quarter trims without?

I have a diagram for a 99 which says I do. But this diagram doesnt match mine in a number of ways.

Ok. Sorry about that.

Ive had some urgency in trying to get this done. I left time for it being a difficult repair, but have hit numerous snags.

If I do get it done on my own I will post what I found step by step to contribute; as the instructions and diagrams are missing numerous small ones...at least for someone who hasn't done it before.

Apologies again.
