98 2wd wheel fitment question? I'm confused :/

Curious to know if I do a djm 4/4 drop, would a set of 20x9.5 "dub baller" wheels fit with a 30mm offset?

I'd like to retain at least a 50 series tire and have them not stick out beyond the fender.
