just hooked up my new dvd head unit. for some reason my rear 2 door speakers arent working. Someone said I need to hook up the amp under the seat but i dont see one. Ive also heard something about having to hook up the power antenna wire to something? anyone PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I double checked my wire connections and everthing is right. thanks

Yes.. hook up the power antenna wire... that is the amp for the speakers.. you have to have the right wiring harness for there to be an power antenna wire.. just hook it up to the head unit as power antenna.. or amp out.. which ever it has...

hook it up to what in the head unit? the other power antenna wire or too the postive wire? man please hurry the nice weather is here and id like to figure this out

If you don't have the right wiring harness for the tahoe - then you won't have the extra wire.. there is one extra wire on the wiring harness, and it goes to the power ant. wire on the headunit - but, if you don't have the right one, then it isn't going to work anyways - most every audio store carries the right one - most all wal-marts do not. if you don't have the right one, walk into an audio shop - and tell them u need the GM wiring harness with the amp/aux wire.. see your chevy trucks don't have this - so they made two different harnesses(sp?)
