I have a '96 Tahoe that has a pretty extreme wheel bearing issue. Front passenger side wheel bearing bolts are absolutely refusing to come off and i'm at my wit's end trying to break them. I've used hand tools, air tools, even a mini torch to introduce heat and then hammered away at them with an impact wrench, and nothing.
I am at least the 3rd owner of this vehicle and I have no idea what may have been done to these bolts previously to secure them but man, are they stuck. As you can see from the pictures below, two of the wheel lugnut studs have literally snapped off, which actually happened while I was driving.
This is my daily driver for now and I absolutely MUST get this done ASAP, any and all suggestions are welcome but cutting/drilling them out is a longshot at best.
