95 hoe mirrors (need some help)

Hey i was seeing if anyone knows how to take off the mirrors on tahoes.. meaning by taking out the mirror out of the housing.. has anyone done this?? is it possible?? lol.. the mirror housing of whatever u want to call it is already off the door itself.. i need to paint inside of them.. soo thanks

I think they are glued on to the backing plate

the glass is glued to the black plastic bezel part. the black bezel pops onto the motor assembly. the back of the bezel has a round tab assembly that snaps onto the motor. it will take some force to pop it off, ive done it, but the glass may break. motorize the glass all the way in, spray some wd40 in there and pry it off at the middle near the ring. good luck !!!!!!!!

so theres no real way of getting these off without the luck of breaking the mirrors?? ahh sheit.. but i need to so i guess tomorrow ill give it a shot.. anyone know any prices on mirrors off their top of their head just in case i screw up?? thanks everyone
