5.3 l wont start

Ok was running on highway then just died very low full pressure replaced fuel pump pressure fine now ..still wont start but will runn temp on r starting fluid ..it acts like it want to start have fuel in rail sparks at plugs ,, can all inj go bad ar once it has no codes my understanding is it kicked a p0300 out before was cleared fuel pump ,,relay replaced will run for second on starting fluid not sure whats next help needed thanks

cam or crank sensor. I would replace both to be on the safe side. you can have pressure at the rail but normally when either one of those sensors goes bad it shuts off the injectors so your going to get a no start condition
