4x4 high prob

I got an 2003 Tahoe Z71, and my four high doesn't lock in the four low locks in perfect but no four high. This is what it does i put the truck in N and hit the four high button it flashes then goes solid but no lock in. i hit the four low button flashes goes solid then locks in....any ideas???????

IIRC, the push button 4HI can be done while driving. Have you tried that?

I have not tried that yet..will try and let you know what happens

i tried putting it in while driving it did nothing....but i put it in auto 4x4 and i felt 4 high work so idk
