4wd shifting question

Hey guys...I just got a 99 4WD tahoe with the floor shift. Just curious about using the floor shift on the fly and what speeds are okay to do so??

4lo you have to be stopped and in park/neutral to shift, on the fly IDK, on the electronic transfer case I have on the fly at highway speed before.... but IDK if that is good or not....

Hope it helps, I think I have shifted one of the manual gearboxes on the fly before but I am shure I wasnt rolling that fast.....
