4wd problem

i check fuses the t case fuse is blown replace it lights come on no sooner i hit 4wd button it blows back out. need help on figuring it out thanks for any input

What you driving? I would start off by unplugging the actuator on the front axle, perhaps repeat the fuse replacement/ test, then the transfer case motor harness. If it still blows then inspect wiring for a pinched wire especially if you had the engine out.
