3RD Row seat???????

Hello all! I'm new to the site and new to the Tahoe as well. I just purchased a 99 Tahoe 4dr 4WD with 138,000 miles. I got a smokin deal and its in great shape.

My question is this:

Did the 99 era 4dr Tahoe come with or have the option for a 3rd row seat?

I have looked in the back don't see where it would mount. I have also looked online and found one company that would sell one that they make

i just dont see how they mount.

So does anyone know? I'm guessing not as I can't find anything on it and i don't see any mounting brackets in the back of my truck.

Some tahoes came with whats called a jumper seat in the back (for a 3rd row). They were pretty rare. Im sure the seats your looking at online are replacements for those.
