3.73 to 4.11 gears ?

does any one know what the difference will be in RPM going from 3.73 to 4.11 gears Im haveing trouble towing 4500 lbs up a hill motor is a 350 also can I put chip in it will it help at all at 70 mph it runs 2000 RPMs in OD also tires are 33/11.50/15
