2012 5.3 swap into 1998 4x4

I purchased a 2012 5.3 motor, tranny and transfer case from a Silverado to swap into my 98 2 door. 13k on all three components. Does anyone have experience with the harness for the new transfer cases? I spoke with the folks at Painless Performance. They didn't have anything for the 6 speed tranny. They referred me to Tempe Speed and Performance. They didn't have any experience with the 4x4 swap. any and all help will be appreciated.....

I would see if you can get the PCM and harness from the donor....
