Anybody have any thoughts on when and if the 09 models will be as deeply discounted as the 08s currently are? It doesnt help that they all seem to have a $2000 to $3000 higher starting msrp.

Probably this time next year for the same deep discounts. But I remember that GM had a nice sale on President's Day last year, so I bet they will again come this February.

I am looking at an 09 LTZ and they have taken 7,000 off even before we started talking.
MSRP 50,000
Their first offer 43,000.

We shall see.
