2008 air shock question

I noticed on my 2008 LTZ that my left rear shock's rubber boot is torn and has holes. Would this cause the air pump for the leveling system to run continuously and go out?

Where is the best (economical) place to buy the auto leveling parts like the compressor and rear shocks? Thanks

This is my first touring bike, and I'm not familiar with how to adjust the air shocks. I was looking at them but can't tell where I check/change the air pressure. I don't have manuals yet, but will be getting them soon.
