Well... almost ;).

I ordered 17" ATX Thugs to use this winter on my Denali and picked them up on Friday. It's still not cold enough yet to put them on but I couldn't wait to get a little preview of what it would look like so I snapped a few pictures this morning.

ATX Thug (next to WedSports TC105N that I used on my STI):

They're 265/70R-17 Firestone Winterforce. One of my motivations for getting the 17" rim is to eventually get some BFG A/Ts (which are also rated for severe winter conditions but a lot more expensive).

Thanks. I had the tires removed yesterday because I'm selling the rims, and I forgot how light they were just by themselves (15 lb).

Got any pics of your "slightly modified" Evo? :D

Good luck on the sale. They should sell quick. I have tons of pictures of it but I don't wanna clutter your thread lol

Ha, ha--no problem. The wheels are already sold. Some guy is flying in from Georgia on a business trip and will be taking them back with his check-in luggage :).

i looked at getting the same set of rims.. they're relatively inexpensive, look good, and serve a purpose (protective coated).
good pick!
