2007 converter and muffler questions?

Im thinking of getting some of the cheap high flows off ebay and taking the rear o2's out of the loop.

Have you guys had any experience with these?

What size is the pipe at the cat? 2.25, 2.5 ???

I also want to replace the muffler with a free flowing muffler. I DO NOT want it to be loud.

Do you guys have a good option for a good performing quiet\moderate muffler?

I would have to advise against eliminating the O2 sensors from the mix, doing so would require custom tuning to obtain proper performance of the engine, etc. You will also throw codes that can only be eliminated with tuning.

As for the high flow muffler, the Magnaflow is a great choice. While being louder when under heavy acceleration they offer outstanding quiet performance while traveling down the road at highway speeds, etc. Very tame indeed.

Will it throw codes using the spark plug non fouler method? The o2's will still be on the pipe and hot, they will just be "reading" within limits.

Im glad Magnaflow is a good choice. I ordered it today.
