Hello all,
Very sorry if this has been solved but I've looked everywhere.
Here is my situation: I have a 2006 GMC yukon Denali XL and the front door is locked closed and I can't get it open. I've tried a few things I found on the Net so far with no result working. Here is where I'm at currently, I managed to get the door panel off enough I can feel the rods to the look and the handle. I stuck a flash light in there and can see movement when I try to manually work the lock rod and handles(inside and out) the window is down so I'm doing this from outside looking over in the door. I'm pulling pushing everything, even cut my hand up a bit trying to get it open, nothing the key will not work the lock rod will not open it seem like it in a bind and will not go in the unlock position.
Please any direction I feel if I could just get the do open I could be 100 times closer to fixing the issue but it like it is glued shut and can't get it to move to allow the latch to free.
Is there a trick to manual release???
thanks in advance!!
