2005 Tahoe trailer wiring plug

I recently bought a 2005 Tahoe. It does not have a towing package. So, I bought a receiver hitch & a plug in wiring harness from a local classified ad. The guy I bought it from said his factory plug-in was under the bumper - easy to find. I installed the hitch & searched for my factory plug-in. I couldn't find it. I did a google search and found a youtube video that showed the factory plug-in under the bumper right where the guy showed me.

Question - Do all Tahoes have this factory plug-in port? I searched all under it yesterday with no luck. I even dropped the spare tire for a better look. Thanks in advance...
