2004 Tahoe 3rd row seat question

I have looked high and low for a replacement for the #2 Lever that locks the seat down in the back. It bolts up and has a cable linked to it. My cable is broken, I just need the #2 lever so I can secure it back. I cannot seem to find it on the diagrams that are on the parts websites.
