2002 Tahoe Only blows air out of defroster and floor vents

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue without taking it to the dealer and getting rip on labor fees? I've changed the climate control panel and still no luck. I've done some googling and the only thing I could find was in a Trailblazer & Envoy Forum where they were having the same issue. They said it was the HVAC mode door actuator, but I don't know where to locate that on my truck. Has anyone else encountered this problem? What is the difference between 02 tahoe and 02 trailblazer/envoy besides the obvious? Anything will help. \

theres been a few with the same problem on the OBS tahoe's i've seen on here and it did turn out to be that actuator. not sure where it is on the newer trucks. ( i would think up under the center of the dash)

may want to post it in the 2000-2006 section, as you'll probably get a faster/better answer.
