2002 Tahoe LS / starting issue

I just got this tahoe and yesterday i got turned it off to go in the store. When i get back to crank it up it does nothing. Turn the key and everything comes on as normal except for it will not turn over. All i hear is a clicking near the fuse box. I try about 50 times and it finally cranks like nothing was wrong. Got home cut it off and it started back up with no issues. Can anyone give me some ideas on where to start to chase my issue?
