2002 Computer Climate control problem

I replaced my battery and ever since I have had problems with my climate control system. The front controls only blow on the floor and will not switch to defrost or anything else, but it will blow hot and cold air. The rear controls will switch from floor to other settings, but will only blow cold air. I have replaced the actuator that controls the rear heat issue with no luck. I have also tried to disconnect the battery and hold the cables together to "drain" the memory, then re-connected the battery and turned the key to the "on" position, which I was told would allow the system to calibrate and reset to normal. This didn't work either. I am at wits end here. Is my Body Control module bad? if so, is my only option to go to the dealership? PLEASE HELP!!!!!
