I got a 2001 yukon denali with a 6.0 engine. On cold mornings, it does not want to idle very well. At first, it idles up like it should but it will start to sputter and sometimes die. I have cleaned the throttlebody and the MAF sensor, new air filter and fuel filter. Any ideas?
