Hey all. My wifes 2001 Tahoe 4X4 with 177,000 miles has lately been trying to die on her when idling. Its exaggerated when the A/C kicks in. At first, it wouldn't even run. So I replaced her fuel pump, and she runs now, but it still tries to die when the A/C clutch engages. I also replaced her Inline fuel filter and spark plugs. She idles between 400-500 RPM, and the water temp is at normal operating temperature. A/C also fails to cool once its idled long enough with the RPM dropping and raising. Engine bay feels abnormally hot IMO. Any help or suggestions guys? Thanks!
