2001 Tahoe grinding noise??

I have a 2001 Tahoe that I recently put new gears in. I bought the truck about 2 months ago with the gears already in it. When driving the truck from 0-40 there is a slight grinding noise if u listen closely but the faster u go the more the sound increases. The noise gets louder when u let off the throttle. Don't know really where to start on this problem because I can't Tell EXACTLY where it is Coming from either front end,trannie or transfer case. Note when I bought the truck the guy put a brand new from gm OEM chain in the transfer case. Any info in this would help if any has had this problem. Thanks!!!

A video may be better so we can hear the sound too. Too many things it could be. New gears in the rear end?
